Scaling an Indian Jewellery Brand to ₹10L/Month at an 8x ROAS (The "Elevantrix" Playbook) The Indian fashion jewellery market is a "red ocean." Most founders get stuck at the ₹2–3L/month mark because the moment they try to scale ad spend, their ROAS falls off a cliff. We recently took a brand at Elevantrix and proved that you can scale volume while keeping your efficiency sky-high. Here is the story of how we cracked the code. The Stats (Monthly Average) Revenue: ₹10,00,000+ (Consistent) AOV (Average Order Value): ₹999 – ₹1,050 Average ROAS: 8x Niche: Fashion Jewellery (India) The Problem: The "Impulse" Trap At a price point of ₹1,000, jewellery is an impulse buy. But impulse buys are fickle. If your creative doesn't stop the scroll in 0.5 seconds, you’re just donating money to Mark Zuckerberg. Most brands fail here because they focus on "looking pretty" rather than "selling hard." We realized we had to solve the Trust Gap that stops Indian consumers from clicking "Buy Now." The Strategy: Our 3-Step Scaling Funnel 1. The "USP Hook" (Top of Funnel) We ditched the boring, static studio shots. Instead, we tested high-CTR creatives that focused on specific USPs. The Angle: We didn't just show the product; we answered the hidden objections. Is it anti-tarnish? Is it skin-friendly? How does it look in natural sunlight? * The Result: A massive spike in CTR because we sold the benefit, not just the metal. 2. The Retargeting "Shadow" (Middle of Funnel) Jewellery shoppers are professional window shoppers. They add to cart, get a WhatsApp notification, and vanish. The Play: We implemented a aggressive Catalog + Retargeting loop. If a user looked at a specific ring, that ring (and its "perfect match" earrings) followed them everywhere. This captured that "impulse" before it cooled off. 3. The Trust Engine (Bottom of Funnel) To lower CAC and drive repeat sales, we stopped acting like a brand and started acting like a friend. The Play: We hammered UGC (User-Generated Content). No high-production ads—just raw, "shot-on-iPhone" unboxing videos. This bridged the trust gap and turned one-time buyers into repeat customers.
