I think you are going to target about 30% or more of the jwellery market so I will suggest you to add two people in your core team one with expertise of marketing, and another with production...if you have any one of these expertise then you can skip them. One more thing that I think you should keep in mind is that packaging must be good. As it will be your first impression.

Don't go for gold silver go for rose gold Keep price minimal so that it'll reach right costumer Later on u can expand by silver gold .. becoz buying detachable for high rate nobody gonna waste money

Nice concept. I didn't hear about this type of thing before. In my opinion detachable jewellery with various designs specifically focuses on women first. Later u can expand it for men also. See the response of your target customers and then start making for masses. Designs should be irreplaceable and in lots of options. Make fashion jewellery for masses and give customisation options for real gold/silver with a little bit premium charges.

I think you should start making your design and product for gen z and then open some company owned outlets in teir 1 cities and then you should market as a very premium brand and create customer perspective that your most of the product Are out of stock. Make ghost demands and for marketing do hype stunts.
