I think you are going to target about 30% or more of the jwellery market so I will suggest you to add two people in your core team one with expertise of marketing, and another with production...if you have any one of these expertise then you can skip them. One more thing that I think you should keep in mind is that packaging must be good. As it will be your first impression.
