At this stage, I’m focused on understanding: • Sample development possibilities before MOQ • Realistic cost structures (especially for sachets vs jars) • Texture, mixability, and flavour optimization at manufacturing level • How manufacturers typically handle custom formulations vs ready-made ones I’ve been speaking with a few manufacturers, and I’m noticing variations in MOQ requirements, R&D support, and flexibility for early-stage founders. Would really appreciate insights from anyone in the nutraceutical / supplement manufacturing industry: • How do startups usually validate formulations before committing to bulk production? • What are the practical ways to reduce initial risk (financial + product quality)? • What should I look for in a reliable manufacturing partner beyond certifications? Any insight can be helpful, before starting.
