No products before principles. With this framework locked, I’m now moving into design execution. I’m starting with a complete furniture set: – Armchair – Sofa – Coffee Table – Side Table These are not standalone pieces. They are being designed as one coherent system—shared language, proportions, materials, and intent. Once the designs are resolved, the next phase will be: Defining the tools, machines, and manufacturing setup required to produce these designs in my own factory.
