I spend hours every day inside certain tools for work, and there’s almost always that one small thing missing that would make life 10x easier. Sometimes it’s a dashboard view, automation, report, or workflow tweak. Nothing massive, just something the product team will probably never prioritize. Lately I’ve been exploring an idea: What if instead of waiting for the company to ship it… you could just describe the feature you want, and it gets created for you inside the app? (Private to you, not a global product change.) Still very early — just trying to understand if this frustration is common or niche.

Startups die from waiting too long Stop planning the perfect product. Just ship it. Make it perfect later

Been experimenting with basic product deployment lately. Realized you don’t always need full-blown tools unless you're building something complex. Sometimes a simple workaround does the job just fine.

You don’t find Product-Market Fit. You chase it. You tweak. You pivot. You obsess over feedback. Know - PMF isn’t a milestone, it’s a moving target.

“Win by a nose.” In horse racing, that pays 10x. But the horse behind was just inches away. Same in sales. One deal can put you on top. Not because you're 10x better—just because you showed up when it mattered. Winner takes all. #Sales #Mindset
