For the last 2 months, I applied to 150+ UI/UX Design internships and jobs. Not mass applying. Real effort โ portfolio refinements, tailored resumes, thoughtful applications. ๐ง ๐จ And the response from most companies? Silence. ๐ป No rejection. No feedback. No acknowledgment. We constantly talk about design thinking, empathy, and user-centricity. Yet in hiring, candidates are treated like invisible users in a broken flow. โ ๏ธ Letโs be clear โ this isnโt about talent or effort. Itโs about a system where ghosting has become normal and accountability is optional. ๐ค And then today โ something changed.
