No answer is also an answer. We’ve all heard that line, right? But honestly… that’s *bullshit.* If someone inquires about your product or service, you owe them a “Yes” or a “No.” Silence isn’t professionalism, it’s laziness disguised as busyness. The reality is, people invest time, effort, and hope into conversations. They wait, follow up, and try to keep things moving forward only to be met with nothing but blue ticks. That’s not “no answer.” That’s disrespect. The screenshot below is one of my real WhatsApp follow-ups with a lead. Weeks of polite nudges. Not one word back. And then suddenly, a short reply — “We hired someone else.” That’s totally fine. Saying “No” is fine. But ghosting someone who reached out in good faith? Not fine. If you’re in business, sales, hiring, partnerships, anything, say “Yes.” Say “No.” But say *something.* Because behind every message is a human waiting for closure.

why most MVPs fail: not because the tech is bad. not because the idea is bad. but because the feedback loop is broken. no real users. no real feedback. no real iteration. build → launch → learn → repeat. that’s the game.

Who’s quietly building something powerful? Been coming across some brilliant folks lately who aren’t just working gigs but running full-on agencies — could be in design, marketing, dev, operations, or anything else. Not freelancers. Not side hustle

Deepinder Goyal closes the applications and say that’s the 20L pay was just to filter good and serious candidates. No one will actually have to pay and start getting salary immediately.
