I don't know why someone hiring needs experience.....ab 25 saal launda 10 saal ki experience kahan say layega ..is hisaab say tu usey 11th say job start kerni thi ?

But you can’t really blame them yaar. If you hire someone with zero experience, they need time to get up to speed, and not all companies have that luxury

Bro, it’s frustrating, right? You’ve got the skills but no experience. Companies need to chill with this “experience first” mentality and give freshers a chance to prove themselves
