This often leads to bias and inconsistent outcomes. I’m working on a decision-support platform for shop owners, showroom managers, HR teams, petrol bunks, and retail chains. Users upload staff performance data (Excel), and the system provides professional suggestions — Hike, Retain (No Hike), or Observe for Removal. Each role is evaluated using field-specific criteria, not a universal score. The platform analyzes current performance and past trends where available. For any removal-related suggestion, it clearly advises 1–2 months of careful observation before action. The system suggests, explains, and documents — humans decide.
