Has anyone got their Startup recognized by DPIIT under Startup India seed fund scheme?

well I did everything on My own , although I got stuck at company pan verification section. Then I got to know that I need to have an organization DSC and after having one I verified my company at nsws.govt.in website and applied for the DPIIT cert, and I was flabbergasted when the certificate got created in a min. lol I thought govt works so slow.
