I’m sharing a solid startup idea for anyone interested in building it. (UI attached for reference*) Imagine OLX but actually trustworthy — a verified marketplace for second-hand products and services. Buyers post what they need (like Freelancer). Sellers who have that item message them directly. If the buyer likes the deal, the team picks up the product, verifies it, and ships it. Revenue comes from commission, delivery, verification, and paid product promotions. This isn’t free — people will pay for trust, especially after losing faith in OLX-style unverified deals. It also includes an UrbanClap-style service section where users can request verified professionals for repairs, cleaning, setup, etc. TAM: India’s recommerce + services market is ~$30B. SAM: $6–8B urban segment. SOM: Even 1–3% gives a ₹500–1500 crore opportunity. If anyone wants to build this, feel free to take it forward. PS: I’m already working on my own startup, so I’m giving this idea for free.
