It would be a prerequisite to know your service team's experience in the field to gauge your holding in this cluttered market. Lots of image consultants or influencers already provide free content on it. Secondly, if you plan to add AI, there are hundreds of apps already doing this eg. StyleDNA. People are even using the plain old text GPTs to find their best suited colors or style using their undertone etc.

Style DNA is AI based and theres a lot of question which you need to answer before getting a recommendation and the free content that influencers provide is general and basic things . We are here for personalised experience from top fashion experts .This market is very big and not cluttered no body has captured the market yet .

Any e commerce clothing company can offer this, why people will connect for online consulting because many clothing brands use their system to understand what customer likes and recommend them, I think people understand their own style. Top tier people will only use this if launched
People are clueless about what suits them .I have in-person surveyed about this problem and people have a lot of pain when it comes to choosing an outfit for them . For a single dress they scroll hours and they they send it to their friends and family members to get suggestion n this carries on and they don't get and solution .
You should check out stitch fix. They do something similar except recommendations are generated by a mix of AI and personal fashion consultants. Also, Shoppers Stop has something called the Personal Shopper - who are personal styling assistants for customers. I see great potential for collaboration. My only submission is that taste is an extremely subjective thing. More than the consulting - you have to focus on pairing each individual with the RIGHT fashion consultant. Aside from that, I agree that this is a very relevant problem. Best of luck!
