in this field parents convention is a big task for more reliable service because parents not want to spend more on pic and drop service for their childs I am also in this business so I know better the field and parents mindset. other side manage school van and driver maintenance is a big issue because in tear to cities maximum drivers have on their own school van and they are not want to sharing their profit.

I think it's challenging because there is always a dada in the area or in your neighbour who drops all the children to school and picks them up, parents trust them. I think you should add more value to make it profitable and scalable
