in this field parents convention is a big task for more reliable service because parents not want to spend more on pic and drop service for their childs I am also in this business so I know better the field and parents mindset. other side manage school van and driver maintenance is a big issue because in tear to cities maximum drivers have on their own school van and they are not want to sharing their profit.

I think it's challenging because there is always a dada in the area or in your neighbour who drops all the children to school and picks them up, parents trust them. I think you should add more value to make it profitable and scalable

not gonna lie. but, yesterday while walking, suddenly in my mind thought came that why ola / uber is not starting this school/clg commute? it's so actionable for them. like, we all have local school van comming daily for pickup and drop. why they never thought of this?

Some good schools already have RFID oriented entery and exit options... do a bit more research if possible get to connect with some schools you'll understand the ground reality
