A major flight delay caused me to miss an important meeting. I wonder how many hours of productive work we lose when flying domestically with none of the carriers providing in-flight WiFi access. It is common in US to use internet on board, you can at least attend your meetings. I hope Indian aviation sector pushes for such tech - even if it's paid, I would use it. Better than pre-ordering your Chicken Sandwich on IndiGo only to be told that you can only have Poha or Suji. P.S. I've noticed Air India launched such a service or tried, but have not heard about it. My flight in question was over 2 hours long with 3 hours of delay plus 2 hours at the airport.
