Yesterday I thought I was confused. Today I realised I was wrong. I’m actually more confused. I shared that I’m down to two B2B SaaS ideas. One in sales. One in marketing. Both strong. Both meaningful. Both solving problems we’ve lived at TCC and TAA for years. But something interesting happened while I was working yesterday. I realised one of these ideas is AI first. The other is non AI first. And that changed everything. It suddenly felt like I wasn’t picking between sales or marketing anymore. I was choosing between two very different futures. One future moves fast with AI at the core. The other moves with a more traditional product approach that still solves a huge pain point. So here I am. A little confused. (Ok Mehul… maybe not little.) Choosing between two products is already hard. Choosing between two philosophies of building is even harder. The decision is getting closer though. Let’s see where this goes next. Stay tuned.
