And now I’m stuck. After eliminating three ideas over the last few days, I’m finally down to the last two B2B SaaS ideas. One is in sales. One is in marketing. Both solve real problems we’ve been dealing with for years at TCC and TAA. Both have genuine demand (yes, I spoke to users). Both feel exciting. And that’s exactly why I’m confused. I’ve spent 17 years building systems across marketing, sales, and customer success, so choosing one lane feels harder than I expected. It’s like standing between two doors that both lead to impact, but only one leads to the product I can commit to for the next few years. I want to pick the idea that isn’t just good on paper, but good in execution. The one that feels right on day one and still feels right on day one hundred. Right now, I’m completely clueless (😉) about which direction to take. Which probably means I’m exactly where I should be. The decision is getting closer. Stay tuned. 🚀
