Spent 11 hours today debugging why my chat history wasn’t saving in DB. Rewrote my Supabase integration twice. Switched to SQLite out of pure desperation. Turns out... the issue was a simple race condition. The project ID took a second to generate, so the initial prompt saved before it existed. I basically built an entire new backend for a single missing await. 😭 Dev life in one sentence.
