DAY 1 OF BUILDING F3 ( SOLO) So today was a really tough day. I spent the entire day working on the same thing — project management using Supabase. I thought, besides the AI generation pipeline, why not just use Supabase for version control, project management, GitHub sync, auth, and all that stuff? It’s perfect for this kind of complex setup — or so I thought 😅 But when I sat down to actually work, I was like, what the hell is going on? One sentence led to hours of smoke, caffeine, and debugging — and by the end of the day, I was right back where I started. I kept getting different errors again and again. Still, it’s tough but I’m enjoying it — the process itself is amazing. Looking at the situation (and the deadline 😬), I’ll probably be up all night like an owl debugging this. Anyway, as I said earlier, I used to post twice a day, but barely had time today. I’ll try my best to keep you all updated. Right now, F3 can generate code successfully. It’s just struggling to fetch the latest dependency versions (I’m working on that). It can already fix certain errors, handle follow-up prompts, and uses a chunk-based implementation — so all the code appears at once on the frontend. Spent 11 hours debugging why chat history wasn’t saving. Rewrote my Supabase setup twice. Switched to SQLite3. Turns out the project ID was just late by a second 😭
