FEAR IS JUST AN ILLU... • 2d

A Reality We Can’t Ignore Every time I walk into a rehab center, I see the same story — patients giving everything they have, therapists doing their best with limited tools, and families waiting for signs of progress that often come too slowly. This is the world of neuro-rehabilitation today. It’s full of courage — but also frustration. We ask people to rebuild what trauma took from them, yet we give them systems that still rely mostly on observation, repetition, and patience. And sometimes, that’s just not enough. That reality has never sat right with me. Because the brain wants to heal. It’s sending signals, making connections — we just haven’t been listening closely enough. That’s why I started NeuroPixelPeak. Not to chase innovation for the sake of technology, but to bring back hope — grounded in science, empathy, and real understanding of human brain. We owe people more than slow progress. We owe them a future where neuro-rehab truly works with the brain, not just around it.

The brain doesn’t know the difference between reality and imagination. Visualize biting into a pizza or mango - your mouth may start salivating. That’s your brain reacting as if it’s real. This is the basis of visualization techniques in sports, the

Piyush Goyal shared the viral “India vs China: Startup Reality” photo at the Startup Mahakumbh, but here’s the real reality check: India already has startups in EVs, semiconductors, robotics, AI, and more. We just don’t talk about them enough. While

Life doesn’t owe you a good day. It doesn’t owe you a bad one, either. What it does is present you with reality. How you respond? That’s where the magic happens. Your circumstances are neutral. It’s your thoughts, decisions, and actions that shap

Progress Is Messy We often imagine progress as a straight line — step one, step two, step three. But in reality, it’s messy. Some days you’re sprinting ahead, other days you feel like you’re sliding backwards. And that’s okay. What matters is not

No answer is also an answer. We’ve all heard that line, right? But honestly… that’s *bullshit.* If someone inquires about your product or service, you owe them a “Yes” or a “No.” Silence isn’t professionalism, it’s laziness disguised as busyness.

You don’t need a new tech stack. You need 3 months of focused shipping. That’s it. Who’s brave enough to try?

Your brain consumes 20 W of power. A single GPU consumes a kilowatt. A data center has tens of thousands of them, and is still not as powerful as your brain. Chew on that before you say AGI is imminent. ~ Pedro Domingos
