I think bootstrapped ones must have patience... Must not spend without giving proper thoughts... Must be stick to their purpose and must listen to the customer's feedback, in a human way not robotic As the resource is limited, be mindful on expenses.... Control should be there on our emotions while doing business - we must have good ears to listen to critical feedbacks without being defensive
