Connecting people in...ย โขย 3m
Hi, Iโm Srijan, a recent grad. from IIT Hyderabad & founder of Picapool. At Picapool we connect people within their customisable Vicinity to share rides, buy together, & solve local needs in real time. Hereโs the problem: even when people live, study, or work in the same area, they rarely coordinate. Everyone travels alone, buys alone, & pays more because thereโs no seamless way to connect nearby. We started with the most basic instinct Ask Around a way to instantly reach people in your vicinity. Forgot a charger just post it on ask around. Then we layered on cab sharing, buy/sell within the radius, & our strongest layer: Group Buying, where prices drop as more neighbors join. Each step deepens collaboration & trust, turning Picapool into the social platform for hyperlocal coordination. Weโre actively launching now DU North campus. Our mission: turn proximity into opportunity building the real-time people layer for a circular, connected world. App link - https://shorturl.at/PRtuK
