This might work very well, Just charge a fee for volunteers/care takers and rent of the borrowed chicken. The care takers can help take care and teach poultry farming for the urban people in exchange of a fee. Once the customer thinks that he can handle chicken/poultry farm himself, he can buy all the chickens a good deal for the whole group which grew at the customer's place.
