WFH took on a whole new meaning for me recently. Not Work From Home… but Work From Hospital. A few weeks back, my mother-in-law was admitted, and I had to stay with her at the hospital. For 3–4 days, my “office” was a plastic chair beside her bed, with my laptop balanced in ways it was never meant to be. It wasn’t glamorous. It wasn’t comfortable. But it worked. And that’s the beauty of the times we live in. Work doesn’t always mean cubicles, corner offices, or even a proper desk anymore. Sometimes, it just means: * A laptop * A mobile phone * An internet connection That’s it. We talk so much about flexibility in work, but it really hits you in moments like these. Where life throws something unexpected, and you can still show up for both, family and work, without feeling like you’re failing at either. For me, this setup wasn’t just about being productive. It was about being present. Curious, what’s the most unusual “office” you’ve worked from?

Office parties- A neccesary evil? I am tired of others being favoured in office because they are regular to office parties/manager parties at other places. It wasn’t ever mentioned while joining that you have to socialise to get preffered over others
