Indians get 72% of H-1B visas followed by Chinese at 12%. This won't end well for US. But, India won't be able to benefit from it if Govt and Indian IT Companies don't do the right thing. Big IT companies will start opening large headquarters in India. Indian IT companies will find it difficult at first. But this is the perfect time for them to step up and become more than just service providers.
