Every company needs to understand the F.I.R.M. framework as I like to call it. Often we hear, a promising startup securing massive investor backing and a sky-high valuation because of its innovative product. And then within no time, that same company crumbles like anything. In most cases, this happens not because the product lacked potential but because the internal structure was too fragile or the founders focused solely on the product development, which is even worse. The F.I.R.M. Framework is what makes a company strong enough to show consistent growth. To elaborate: Foundation - Clear roles and aligned vision Influence - Leaders who inspire, not just instruct Rituals - Processes shaped for the culture, not copied blindly Mutual Trust - The glue that holds teams together I consider this as the fundamental rule for every company to scale and sustain.
