Here’s the problem: without context, there is no single right answer. If the DB is slow → you optimize queries or add replicas. If downstream services are slow → you add timeouts or circuit breakers. If traffic is bursty → you might introduce Kafka for buffering. Each solution fits a different problem. Jumping to “Kafka” without clarifying is like prescribing medicine without diagnosing the patient.
