Hi Aniket, I had the chance to go through the complete order/task creation workflow yesterday, and I must say—it was an excellent experience. Congratulations to you and your team on building such a seamless process. I do have a few points I’d like to understand better: 1. Is your model based entirely on an onboarded gig pool, or do you plan to operate a hybrid model with an in-house fleet to manage peak demand? 2. Are the local buddies thoroughly vetted by your platform (including ratings, reviews, and ground training) to ensure reliability? 3. What mechanisms are in place to maintain quality standards and accountability for tasks completed by buddies, given that negative experiences can quickly erode user trust? 4. For in-home tasks, how do you address damage, safety, or legal risks—especially considering the challenges seen with some food delivery agents (e.g., misconduct, damage, or theft at user premises)? 5. What is your current platform take-rate per transaction?

Hi Ashis, Thanks for the kind words and giving some time on testing! To answer your questions: 1. We use a 100% gig pool model. 2. Yes, all buddies go through verification, training, and are rated post-task to ensure reliability. 3. We use ratings, instant deactivation for major issues, and also planning to have insurance for damage/theft. 4. For in-home tasks, we send only verified buddies with high ratings and reviews and also we are planning to have insurance for damage / theft. 5. Our take-rate is competitive and structured to be sustainable as we scale. Let me know if you’d like more detail on any point!
