1st most important thing... people usually get derived by idea and forget this important thing. i did forgot it too. telling you because i don't want anyone else doing same mistake. get paperwork ready. even it's an ideas don't sell, products don't sell. companies and equities do. if nothing is possible atleast get business registration under udyam or minimum composition scheme unde GST. once this is done, contact me.
