20 signups or 20k signups? I'm not sure what your product is but validating a business on 20 signups is a bad, real bad idea unless it's a high value product,

If they signed up, call them. not email, not survey. full-on, awkward 15-min convos. That’s real validation for me.

first see the scalability and feasibility of idea if it's not scalable and feasible nothing is going to happen then just find digital platforms or other platforms to show case your product and collect reviews and try to partner with any good player in your industry until you find out that it is pmf and have few loyal customers make a full fledged business plan then and try to take grants if any available for you then try to find angel investor from same industry

Build the ugliest version that works. Stop trying to impress YC, rather..impress one paying user.

screw scale for now. build a janky MVP with no-code tools and deliver the solution manually. revenue > polish.
