FEAR IS JUST AN ILLU... • 3d

In India, most “pre-seed” conversations still ask for traction, revenue, pilots, and proof. But if everything was already proven, it wouldn’t be pre-seed, would it? I’ve heard no more times than I can count. I’ve seen people join with excitement and leave when things got hard. I’ve pitched to VCs who smiled at my vision but walked away because I didn’t have numbers yet. But here’s the thing: I’m not stopping. I’m building a health-tech B2B SaaS neurotech company that I believe can become the world’s first trillion-dollar neurotech company—born in India, built for the world. This isn’t just about raising a round. This is about proving that big visions still matter. That conviction, science, and relentless execution can beat short-term thinking. People may doubt me. Markets may slow down. Investors may pass. I will not quit. One day, everyone will see why I refused to give up and what they missed

Sent 100+ cold emails pitching my Web3 infra startup. Got 0 replies — except from my tech team who's still building with me. Fundraising at pre-seed is brutal. But I’m not quitting. Just getting louder, sharper, and more focused.

A startup’s financial model is simple: Pre-seed = hope. Seed = still hoping. Series A = hope with a pitch deck. Series B = hope with revenue. Series C = hope we IPO before running out of hope.

Earlier founders used to ask for funds for a business that is already making some revenue . Then came the era of pre revenue funding. Now-a-days people think they will be funded for a good idea at pre seed level. What Next ???? I'm qualified enough.
