Founding Engineer • 1d
yeah I whole heartedly agree: Here are some of my insights on where startups go wrong as being one of the founding Engineers for an AI Platform: Funding does not mean anything, don't add 100 features and hire an expensive devops team if your core product is not even a right market fit. I mean think about it when you use an app do you really utilize it 100%? no you don't, most probably there is one thing that makes any platform interesting to you. so just focus on that one thing first, when it's done, then feel free to optimize and add features for a great user experience. Work with actual customers [IMPORTANT]. This one part is where most founders go wrong like they listen to more from investors and get their ideas from hype and trends and not the actual customers using them. Build a strong relationship with them, the more loyal customer base you will have the better the chances of you getting your product right are.
