Okay, letโs be honest ๐ค When youโre trying to grow a startup to the next stage, what makes more sense? ๐ฎ๐ณ Some companies like Zomato and OYO focused on India first, built something strong here, and then went global. ๐ Others like Freshworks and Zoho started with the global market in mind right from the beginning. Both paths have their own story, and I keep wondering which one really sets you up better in the long run. If it were your startup, would you go India-first or international from day one? ๐
