𝗜𝗻𝗱𝗶𝗮 𝗶𝘀 𝗼𝘃𝗲𝗿𝗳𝗹𝗼𝘄𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝘄𝗶𝘁𝗵 𝘁𝗮𝗹𝗲𝗻𝘁, 𝘆𝗲𝘁 𝘄𝗼𝗿𝗹𝗱-𝗰𝗹𝗮𝘀𝘀 𝗽𝗿𝗼𝗱𝘂𝗰𝘁𝘀 𝗿𝗮𝗿𝗲𝗹𝘆 𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗿𝗴𝗲 𝗳𝗿𝗼𝗺 𝗵𝗲𝗿𝗲. 𝗪𝗵𝘆? We have engineers, designers, and entrepreneurs capable of almost anything but but talent alone doesn’t make a product iconic. Look at IKEA: simple furniture, yet every detail from design to packaging to logistics is relentlessly refined over decades. That level of obsession is rare. In India, we often confuse speed with progress, complexity with sophistication, and features with value. We innovate, yes but rarely with clarity, simplicity, and patience. Meanwhile, the world rewards elegance, clarity, and relentless focus. Can India create something like IKEA? Technically, yes. But it won’t come from coding brilliance or short-term wins. It will come from thinking globally from day one, obsessing over the product itself, and being willing to endure the long grind without applause. Here’s the question we rarely ask ourselves: Are we building to show we can or to create something the world actually remembers? Because the line between “good” and “world-class” is not talent. It’s thinking deeper, caring more, and lasting longer than most dare to.

Rockefeller's advice: Money comes to you through other people. Uncommunicative people rarely become rich. To be successful in life, the ability to build relationships with others is much more important than having talent.
