First thing, as usual registration process Second, atleast 5 to 6 members should work as team on one client at a time, no multitasking, Third, each person should have one specific skills like finance, sales, marketing, operations etc.., this diversity in skills will help to solve the problem that others miss, because your team should be smart enough to find the problems that even working professionals missed.
