Most investors will read 3 slides. If they’re bored by slide 2, you’re done. Worst 2 offenders in Indian founder decks: 1. Vision slide full of buzzwords “India’s first AI-powered Web3 platform to revolutionise XYZ.” (No one cares. They don’t even understand it.) 2. Team slide with just designations “CTO - Techie. CMO - Ex-marketer.” Give stories, not job titles. What works instead? A first slide that screams: “This is a real problem. We understand it better than anyone. And we’re solving it in a smart way.” Decks aren’t resumes. They’re trailers.
