For anyone who is brainstorming for ideas to start an establishment , this question can be a good place to search for ideas. While I was thinking about my answer for this poll I accidentally stumbled upon a couple of ideas. 1. Execution is undoubtedly a big issue for any founder. If there's a business where the basic premise can be listening to the startup business model and create customized SOPs specific for the operations of the business, it could be a big idea. In a market like India where the aspirations are high to start entrepreneurship but lack the formal methods of running various depts , this can be a big opportunity. Ofcourse , there a business consultancies which deal with this kind of issues but they are lot more diverse and not focused solely upon creating SOPs. 2. Second is linked to the market fit. How can somebody be sure about the product market fit. Kick starters are one way to deal with this issue but somehow in India, this model never worked. Other way is a pilot run . Creating an appropriate model pilot run is an art . There are many things to consider and also there needs to be a proper interpretation about the results which can actually give a great insights about the product market fit. Any business solely dealing with creating pilot run models for different start ups can become big , especially in place like India where new age entrepreneurship is budding
