How hard is it to start a FMCG distributorship? Could anybody in this space provide details on it. What’s the initial investment? What’s the revenue and expenses, margins etc? Is it possible to capture the market with the presence of existing players? What kind of brands should be aimed for? Can it be a successful side business on auto pilot? HOW TO BEGIN?!

Starting fmgc Distributionship business is not really hard even that's of the most easiest and traditional business but nowadays people's are not doing this because mostly people's already entered in this field but yeah at a very large scale you can definitely go for it because that's still has some untapped potentials Mostly people's are doing Distributionship business at Cities level and some are also expanding it at State levels but you need to understand that Distributionship business is totally depends on networking , warehousing , tracking , inventory management , tech , trust , tight commisions , sales , and other things so before entering in this field create a proper strategic business plan because without proper working model you will face lots of problems like negative cash flow , wastage , low retention rates , conflicts , inventory rejections , payment delays , cancelled orders , less commisions and many more.
