Mental health apps are everywhere now. Betterhelp, Headspace, Calm, plus 50 others. What makes yours different? The landing page doesn't clearly explain why I should choose you over established players with actual therapists.

Maybe the positioning? A friend? A therapist? A gen z character? What is it, maybe people are getting confused

Just checked your site. The messaging is confusing - is it therapy, friendship, or mental health support? Gen Z wants clarity, not vague "wellness" speak. Also, asking for personal info upfront for mental health feels sketchy without trust signals.

People visit because of ads but don't see enough value to overcome signup friction. Try reducing the signup to just email first, then ask for more info later. Also, social proof is weak..needs real testimonials, not just "good reviews."

Because people fear being judged quickly, they hesitate to share personal problems publicly, when their identity is known (and especially when there is an option to not share is available) —this is typical human behavior i guess.........

Let’s be real, most Gen Z folks won’t sign up unless there’s some sort of instant dopamine hit. Your app landing page needs a hook. Right now, it feels like homework.

Maybe you’ve made something too clinical or too cool. Find a middle ground

If you need ads to push a therapy app, maybe the product-market fit just isn’t there yet. Especially if it’s free and still no one’s signing up
