Whether to distribute the manufactured goods under the own brand or be the contract manufacturer for the existing named brands or open your own retail shop and sell them as unbranded. This is a crucial juncture that can confuse many people. Whatever you choose, should be well planned. If the manufacturing facility is big enough, a combination of above is possible too. Last comes the marketing the brand or tricks&tips for retailing or networking for deals as a contract manufacturer. The above template is more or less the same for any consumer durable goods manufacturing.
