Hi! I am working for a food delivery startup for which app developing companies are asking for a 16 lac budget. Is ₹16 lakhs a justified starting budget for web development and tech setup, or should I reconsider or negotiate?

nope, it's toooooo much. Leave those companies, search for new ones, try Delhi, Noida, Chandigarh... ideal budget for starting app is 2-5 lacks

Is it worth learning RUST now? Are these people valued in the industry? Can I think of Rust as a primary thing in my career. What about positions hiring these people, enough? Or very rare? If yes then what's the future Roadmap /stack?

If You have enough resources and support, Can you battle against bigtech? Expecting a win is definitely joke, but even surviving in that storm will be fun & more then a victory! what do you think? ☺️
