The bigger question is, Where does the loyalty come from in a price sensitive market like India?? The business models for all these platforms were eventually looking at providing a space where they can give a loan and earn from interest or providing them with consumer durables and earn from the commissions . Knowingly they provided the same utilities and targeted for the same revenue . The more the competition, the less what they procure in the last. What is that one extra differentiating factor that could have proved their loyalty to a customer before they expected a return . NOTHING till now , and probably NOTHING they could come up with in future
