It uses a combination of kitchen-side sensors, AI-based activity tracking, and a smart desk interface where every prepared item is logged and verified in real-time — without needing extra staff or CCTV reliance. The goal is to catch leakages before they happen, especially those that bypass KOT or billing. Currently, I’m prototyping it with real kitchen data to ensure it blends seamlessly into operations.
