Will the next Indian decacorn (startup worth $10B+) be bootstrapped? On paper—no. In practice—don’t be so sure 👇 • Everyone assumes decacorns need VC money • Big bets, fast growth, burn rates, global scale • But that assumption is starting to crack Why? Because the internet in India has changed • You don’t need ₹50Cr to reach 10 million people • You need a great product, sharp storytelling, and platforms like Instagram, WhatsApp, and YouTube • Today, distribution is free if you're smart • CAC isn't always paid—sometimes it's built • Cred, Zepto, etc. paid to grow • But someone could earn growth through community, trust, and loyalty • Also—infra is cheaper than ever • SaaS tools. UPI. Cloud infra. No need to build from scratch • You can run a 100Cr business with a 10-member team and zero office • Now think about a founder who plays the long game • Skips funding. Avoids dilution. Keeps control. • Doesn’t chase headlines—just ships product, keeps margins tight, and reinvests everything • That kind of company won’t grow like a rocket • But it also won’t crash like one • Look at Zoho and Zerodha • Bootstrapped. Profitable. Dominant. • Not yet decacorns? True. But the discipline is already there • If one of them unlocks a new vertical—or spins off a breakout product—they could cross $10B quietly • Or it could be a dark horse • A founder in Coimbatore or Jaipur, building for Bharat, unknown to LinkedIn or Sand Hill • No PR. No VC. Just massive, profitable demand VCs won’t see it coming—because it didn’t pitch • So yeah—decacorns are rare • Bootstrapped decacorns? Even rarer • But in India, where scale meets jugaad, don’t bet against it The next $10B company might not raise a single rupee It might just sell stuff people actually want—and keep the money well the question that will there be a bootstrapped Decacorn is upto debate.. what do you think ? 🤔

You don’t need 10 interns. You need one AI agent that actually ships. It plans. Writes. Publishes. No standups. No salaries. No forgetfulness. It doesn’t ask what’s next? It already knows. This isn’t automation. It’s delegation to software that t

Most founders in EdTech focus on the wrong problem. They think tech will change education. It won’t. Students don’t need another app. Teachers don’t need another dashboard. They need a system that works the way learning actually happens. At HyggeX

“You don’t need a developer. You need a problem solver.” A lot of founders hire coders thinking it’ll solve their chaos. But here’s the truth: Code doesn’t fix broken systems. An app won’t help if your operations are messy. A fancy dashboard mea
