Hey everyone, I need your thoughts on something important. I’m a solo developer currently building Simmerce — an alternative to IndiaMart & TradeIndia. The challenge I’m facing is the classic chicken-and-egg problem in B2B marketplaces: 👉 No buyers means sellers don’t join 👉 No sellers means buyers don’t come Right now, I’m working with nearly no budget. To build a proper platform, market it, and onboard users, I see two paths: Look for funding — move faster, build infrastructure, and push marketing. Go slow & bootstrap — test the market leanly, maybe without registrations or heavy infra, and grow step by step. Since I’m doing this alone, I’d love to hear from you: 💡 Should I raise funding early or stay bootstrapped and validate first? What would you do in this situation?
