For all those E-commerce folks. Let's discuss on this: Digibuddy is new venture their offering to sellers is exceptional, They are offering no commission/charges from sellers, choose your return or exchange policy on own, no gst required for selling, zero fees on registration & post registration updates. It means appreciation in profits for sellers but they are not like Amazon or other e-commerce. They are onboarding regional sellers to serve in that region. Their UI is not so good but considerable because they just launched. Revenue model they haven't disclosed yet but I guess that they are charging something to buyers and delivery also.

If we look closely, then yes, traditional FMCG platforms may not be very focused on e-commerce, but they are quite active in quick commerce. Initially, HUL seemed a bit behind, but now they are also introducing their products on these platforms.
