my advice is that if people don't trust online buying than go or try to advertise through pamphlet smaller scale first as people see pamphlet or billboards they start to trust it and believe it . then you can expand and try to create a sense of urgency by giving only few free sample and like free sample for first 10 customers then you will start gaining traction. post every success on social media it will make your brand credible.
