well I have a query for every one, we share our ideas here and what is the chance that idea gets copied by someone??

my advice is that if people don't trust online buying than go or try to advertise through pamphlet smaller scale first as people see pamphlet or billboards they start to trust it and believe it . then you can expand and try to create a sense of urgency by giving only few free sample and like free sample for first 10 customers then you will start gaining traction. post every success on social media it will make your brand credible.

try to make it a two way ecommerce platform for the buyer and seller due to the high competency in this sector like shopify , be precise about the content and try to make it more emotionally detect people because Ecommerce is more about trust and loyalty you were showing, as a online business model you can earn through the commission on buying and selling.

although all the suggestions that came in my mind are already given to you. but one most important thing is you need to build your own delivery system that is super fast and easy to reach out or either you can just take services from others because customers need fast and easy delivery rather than they will wait for weeks. that is one of the most important thing I can think of.... by the way best of luck for the future.

hi Abhi, rather than focusing on product build trust first on ecommerce platform among the users. Like India has Myntra and Amazon. to build the trust u need to spend good amount in marketing and influencers by the way Nepal doesn't have amazon?

Interesting. but I believe the TAM ain't that big to make this sustainable as a business. Unless you manage to raise VC funds continuously. Just my opinion could be wrong. how are you planning to create content around it? Are you going to make social media around your brand. create product photos and videos, posts on Instagram, Facebook, X etc, which tools you plan to use, Adobe Photoshop Illustrator for posts?
