According to your post everyone would open LLP if it was that beneficial. But in reality it's not as good / perfect for start-up has a lot of disadvantages. 1. You need minimum 2 partner 2. You can't raise funds for LLP unless and until you add them as partners. ( it's most difficult part and impossible sometimes ) 3. Ease and exit of LLP ? It is so hard to exit / dissolve LLP. Exit ? No there is no exit option in LLP no one will Accquire LLP / LLP can't go IPO 🙂 4. Alot more.... Only advantage is that you don't need paid up capital for registration that's it !
