So, when I entered college, I started eating all sorts of junk foodโeven at night. โณ That lifestyle made me lethargic, obese, lazy, anxious, and caused a number of other issues. โณ In ๐ฎ๐ฌ๐ฎ๐ญ, I suffered from several health problems, including typhoid. That phase made me realize how truly important health is. From that day on, I left everything that harmed me and started focusing on my health. โณ Now, ๐บ๐ ๐ฟ๐ผ๐๐๐ถ๐ป๐ฒ looks like this: I only eat junk food when I'm traveling to tourist places (maybe once or twice in two months), and even then, I avoid it as much as possible. I always avoid sugar and refined flourโeven when I'm eating out. I start my day with one glass of warm water with lemon and mintโnever skip this. I include dry fruits, fruits, and a balanced diet (proteins, carbs, and good fats) in my daily meals. I go to the gym whenever I find the timeโno fixed, hardcore schedule. I take a 20-minute walk after lunch or dinnerโnon-negotiable. Honestly, Iโm still struggling with my sleep cycle, mainly because of shift work (might sound like an excuse), but Iโm working on it. I take vitamins and Omega 3 & 6 supplements regularly. So, the truth isโthe perfect time will never come. Wherever you are, whatever you're doingโjust start, and take care of your health. Because when you're healthy, you see multiple problems in life. But when you're sick, you see only oneโyour health.
